Privacy Policy
Last updated September 17, 2026.
This page explains what information Houses of the Holy ("we," "us") collects through hothtattoo.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies to this website only, not to information you give us in person at the studio.
Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, preferred artist, tattoo description, placement, size, and budget range.
We also use Vercel Analytics to understand overall site traffic and which pages and buttons people use. It's designed to work without cookies or tracking you personally across other websites - it reports aggregate patterns (like "how many people clicked Book a Consultation from the homepage"), not a profile tied to your identity.
How We Use Your Information
We use contact form submissions to respond to your consultation request, schedule your appointment, and communicate with you about your visit. We don't use it for marketing emails or sell it to anyone.
Who We Share It With
Submitting the contact form sends your information through Resend, our email delivery provider, to reach Martini and Amber directly. This site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the analytics described above.
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or other third parties.
How Long We Keep It
Consultation requests are retained in our email so we can reference past conversations for scheduling and follow-up. As our internal systems grow, we may also store submissions directly for the same purpose - our business records, not for resale or marketing. If you'd like a past submission deleted, contact us using the details below.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by reaching out through the contact details below or calling the studio directly.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals who meet Colorado's legal age requirements for receiving a tattoo. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the site or our processes change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
